Lisa’s Bakeshop in Spirit Lake is AMAZING! The cake I ordered from Lisa’s (to celebrate my daughter’s birthday) while we were vacationing in Okoboji was one of the best cakes I’ve ever tasted! It was raspberry/lemon and I would highly recommend. Not only that, but they stayed late when I forgot to go pick up the cake! Customer service that went above and beyond! I would highly recommend Lisa’s for your next sweet treat!
The team at Lisa’s was super helpful in making pies for a birthday while we were in town! I saw something gluten free on social media, and they made it happen. They also have the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had.
A place that is hard to leave empty-handed. Almond pastry was soft and flavorful. The foccatta bread was soft and fresh and delicious. The monster cookie was very large, soft, and tasted like a fresh out of the oven cookie. Staff was very friendly.
The carmel rolls are absolutely delicious and the staff was super friendly! Nice entrées and other goods, too!

The pecan cinnamon rolls at Lisa's Bake Shop didn't just heal my inner child—they put her in a weighted blanket, handed her a juice box, and told her everything was going to be okay. These rolls are absolute perfection: gooey, buttery, and sporting that slightly underdone center that lets you know they're made by someone who understands joy. Every bite felt like getting a hug from Grandma, even if your Grandma wasn't much of a baker. 10/10. Therapy is expensive. Try a cinnamon roll first.
